Bug 1473134:Keep track of user's progress during the tour. (#1038)

Bug 1473134 : Add tour_status field to user profile models.

This allows a user to leave the tour midway and come back to where they were later on. It also means that users who have completed the tour won't see it again next time they reach the `demo` project.
