No, caused bu bug 1466550 since I see this on C-B with that bug landed.

Richard, please take a look or I'll have to back out bug 1466550.

Manual testing shows that attachments cannot be deleted from the attachment pane in a compose window. Trying to delete an attachment from a message (when reading) deletes the entire message. So something is wrong with the focus or similar.
