1473556 - Console Object sidebar width is not persisted

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open the console
2. Evaluate `({a: 1})`
3. Right-click on the logged object and select "Open in sidebar"
4. Make sure the sidebar is open
5. Make the sidebar wider by dragging the left edge to the left
6. Close the sidebar
7. Right-click on the logged object and select "Open in sidebar"

**Expected results**

The sidebar re-opens with the same width as it was when I closed it.

**Actual results**

The sidebar width is reset to its default width.
