The content of the tab would be e.g.:
- user activity (e.g. submitting and reviewing translations or changing team permissions)
- notifications (e.g. about source strings being added)
- system activity (e.g. information about projects getting disabled)

We should also consider sharing the code and the UI with user timelines (bug 1225109).
