Details

In mail composition, Shift-PgDn doesn't select the text between the current and
new positions. Very irritating for editting long emails.

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
when bug 4302 is fixed then this might work. Currently 4302 is a composer bug
that the caret doesn't move when you do pgdn and pgup.   Verifiying as dup and
posting that this scenario needs to be verified when that bug is fixed.
