Details

The header of the "Address books" pane in the Address Book (obviously) is unlike any other in Mozilla (with the possible exception of the sidebar title, but not quite). This is pretty much an outliner by the look of it, so that's the header it should have. In essence is should match the layout of the 3 Pane mail view, and be able to have similar features such as columns for the number of contacts in the book.

It's been changed now, it did make sense at the time. I would set this to WFM but it would take two steps so...
