Steps to reproduce:

Open Library window (Ctrl+Shift+B), click on a tag whose name contains an ampersand (for example, I have a tag named 'AI & ML')


Actual results:

No bookmarks are displayed in the right-hand pane.


Expected results:

The 22 bookmarks I have tagged with 'AI & ML' should be displayed in the right-hand pane.

I looked at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1462738 and I think it might be possible that the submitter of that bug report ran into this same problem, if their original (non-working) tags contained ampersand characters.

No, this issue isn't reproducible in the first build with the patch from bug 1428342.

This was a known downside of that change, and very likely a duplicate of bug 1449939
