1) Make sure at least one add-on is installed
2) Visit about:addons
3) Disable the add-on
4) Select the add-on with your mouse cursor

The contrast in the selected item's text should be sufficient to read
AR:
The contrast is quite poor. There's also a strange yellow gradient on things that have warning messages.

Whatever caused this appears to either have been fixed or backed out, because about:addons looks fine again. Thanks!
