This differs from what was previously used (somewhere something changed in the doc build system):

This is a tracking bug to find all the broken links and fix them.

:Standard8 and :Kwan on #developers pointed me to bug 1454640 causing the change to how directories have moved, and bug 1469149 for why we didn't notice 2 months ago.

I filed bug 1474746 about the URL change hoping that we will revert back instead of changing links.
