User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180621125625 Steps to reproduce: I tried to add a second email account. Actual results: After adding 1st email account (with an automatic pupup) I spent a good 5 minutes looking through menus to find a way to add 2nd email account. (I did eventually remember I can right click on existing account to get there or "alt" and go "File-New-Existing Email Account"), but this was very unintuitive. Expected results: Maybe an "Accounts" of "Accounts Settings" option in hamburger menu. Or your alternative for better discoverability.
