[Affected versions]: - All builds [Affected platforms]: - All platforms [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Go to google.com 2. Perform a search and press Enter 3. Hover with the cursor over one of the links that have the letter "g", "p", "q" etc. [Expected result]: - The underlined is interrupted and doesn't cross over the bottom of the letters. [Actual result]: - The underlined crosses over the bottom of the letters. [Additional notes]: - Please look at the attachment. - This could apply to all the text that is underlined, not only to links.

This would be controlled by text-decoration-skip-ink:auto, which the current draft of CSS Text Decoration 4 says should be the initial value (though there has been some debate about that).
