Sidebar context menu not stylized

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install an extension that utilize side bar, e.g. https://testpilot.firefox.com/experiments/side-view
2. Right click in the side bar in Side View.

Actual result:
Context menu is not stylized. (Please see attachment.)
The attachment is captured on 2018-07-06 build. Bug 1474538 is also affecting this issue and thus context menu has a transparent background on build 2018-07-10 onwards.

This issue is no longer reproducible on the latest Nightly build 63.0a1 (Build ID: 20180711221812). Verified on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.13.5 and Arch Linux 4.12.
