position: sticky and position: fixed often break scrolling.

I have visual processing issues. I doubt many other users have this problem, but in my experience, if there are isolated sticky/fixed blocks, if they're too prominent, or if they come too close to the center of the screen, they are more likely to create visual pain while scrolling and trigger migraines.

The page could also include information on how users can force sticky and/or fixed elements into position : static to avoid the migraines.
Putting as a P2 bug, meaning we will aim to fix this soon but not as a high urgency priority.

My colleague Estelle mentioned that setting will-change on the positioned item can possibly fix this in some cases, but providing a hint about performance needs of the paining of that element. More research needed, but this could be useful.
