The Shipping Option field is selected automatically , when it should only be selected by the user

Details
Preconditions:
a. Set the pref dom.payments.request.enabled to "true";
b. Set the pref dom.payments.loglevel to “Debug” to increase the verbosity of console messages.
c. Make sure you have at least one Shipping Address and one Shipping Option saved in your browser (Saved Cards).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Go to "https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/expl/",
3. Click on "Buy" button.
Actual: "0.00 Standard Shipping" option is selected automatically on the "Your Payments" screen, "Shipping Options" section.
Expected: No "Shipping Address" or "Shipping Option" is selected automatically, but must be selected manually.

When the merchant doens't pre-select a shipping option we still pre-select the first option in order to save the user a click so the expected result seems correct since Standard Shipping is the first option passed:
