We've agreed to allow rehan (and whoever else needs it) the ability to access Jenkins and promote delivery console builds to stage. In the future we may allow it to prod too; travis has some things he wants to work out first though. Before granting jenkins access can happen 1) oremj, ckolos, and aj must to figure out how to open up Jenkins to devs again and only allow access to non-prod piplines/environments 2) I must make whatever changes to the deliveryconsole pipeline are needed based on decisions in #1
