147531 - Allow setting of bookmarks.html file location

The bookmarks.html file is in the Windows version stored in a subfolder under
"Application Data". Since soft links aren't available under Windows, it would be
good to be able to specify a different location for the bookmarks file, so it
can be backed up more easily with other important data.

In order to be able to use the same set of files under Windows and Linux on the
same machine, this change should affect all Platforms.

You can change the bookmark location by adding/changing this line in the
prefs.js file
user_pref("browser.bookmarks.file","new_location_of_bookmarks");
