147541 - Allow multiple mail folders in multiple locations on disk

In order to store mails together with other data on a per-project basis, it
would be useful to be able to specify the disk location of several mailboxes in
arbitrary  locations. Mails filed in the corresponding folders would then be
stored on disk in the specified locations, allowing backup of data on a
per-project basis.

this is a dup. Can't find the other bug at the moment. Basically, you want the
equivalent of symlinks/shortcuts. This is not a mail database issue (mail db
issues concern the .msf files) but rather, a mail backend issue, since we'd need
backend support for linking folders to other directories. (and a front end...)

There are further use cases for multiple local folders "servers" per profile:
Exchanging and sharing of messages between different profiles.
