1475567 - Rust backtraces don't go to logcat

I tried to reproduce bug 1449401 on Android, and failed to get a proper backtrace. I was using m-c android-api-16-debug 20180709095806-3d20b07017 from taskcluster.

The testcase does reproduce, but logcat gives no indication of the panic message nor any rust generated backtrace, and the minidump does not match the expected rust backtrace.

When I let it report to crashreporter I get this:

The only indication I have that this is the right crash is "MOZ_CRASH Reason", which is truncated, and I don't know how that was obtained from the device.
