User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20180704003137
Steps to reproduce:
I close several firefox tabs and then want to restore the 3rd tab only.
Actual results:
I have to right click the remaining tab and select "Restore closed tab" several times until my chosen 3rd tab reappears.
Expected results:
The "restore closed tab" context menu could have a list of all closed tabs (maybe max 15 configurable) showing the website url or name like when adding to bookmarks. Then I can find and choose my 3rd tab.

The History menu on the menu bar has a Recently Closed Tabs submenu.
The History button available in the customization palette has a Recently Closed Tabs submenu.
The Library button visible on the navigation toolbar by default has a History submenu, which in turn has a Recently Closed Tabs submenu.
If Recently Closed Tabs is added to the tab context menu, it would render Undo Close Tab redundant.
If Recently Closed Tabs were to replace Undo Closed Tab in the tab context menu, convenience would be lost in exchange for something that's not frequently needed.
