In Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Tracking Protection, please add an option to have Tracking Protection on without sending a Do Not Track signal. My understanding is that some websites abuse that signal by tracking us precisely because we sent the signal and therefore must have something valuable they want. The only way now available to not send the signal is to never have Tracking Protection on. I'm using FF 61.0.1 (64-bit) fedora - 1.0 on a Fedora 28 Linux platform kept virtually evergreen.

This change was intentional, see bug 1258033 for the reasons behind it. If you do know of websites which abuse this signal to track users, please send the URLs to Disconnect so that they can be blocked by tracking protection. Here's the best way to reach them: https://disconnect.me/trackerprotection#feedback
