We should have channel in here, so we can properly redirect to 'beta' or 'release' release notes without having to guess which one is meant based on the version and date.
This patch should do it, hopefully this is the last of the pref updates for a while.

In fact, TB 60.0 ESR build 2 just went ahead without this. So we need this for the final release?
