Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-07-16)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

[Prerequisites:]
    1. Tracking Protection Strict enabled.
[Steps to Reproduce:]
    1. Navigate to http://m.france24.com/fr/live/ .
    2. Observe the the page.
        
[Expected Behavior:]
The video player is displayed and video can be played.
 
[Actual Behavior:]
The video player is not displayed and video can’t be played.

[Note:]
    1. Not reproducible with Tracking Protection Basic.

Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources:
The resource at “http://nexus.ensighten.com/francemm/f24/Bootstrap.js” was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.[Learn More] 
live 
The resource at “http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js” was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.[Learn More] live 
The resource at “https://www.youtube.com/embed/UCCCPCZNChQdGa9EkATeye4g?hl=fr&showinfo=0&color=white&rel=1&enablejsapi=1&origin=http%3A%2F%2Fm.france24.com” was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.[Learn More] live 

So there were domains to test:
- nexus.ensighten.com
- platform.twitter.com
- www.youtube.com

I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 63, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The video player (YouTube) is not loaded.

I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then whitelisted youtube.com (including www.youtube.com). In this case the video player is displayed.
I clicked the video player and an error was displayed. Thus in uMatrix I whitelisted googlevideos.com (and all related domains) and the video played.

The other resources (platform.twitter.com, nexus.ensighten.com) didn't help. 

So in conclusion:
- youtube.com is in the `Content` category [tp-content]
- googlevideos.com is not listed in Blacklist or Google mapping, but shows as a Google Resource in Entitylist.
