Actual results: Current used name for Tatar language is "Татарский". Expected results: It suppose to be "Татар".

While I don't speak Russian, for Crimean Tatar (crh) Unicode has "крымско-татарский", for Tatar (tt) "татарский". https://github.com/unicode-cldr/cldr-localenames-full/blob/master/main/ru/languages.json#L497 That seems consistent with the current translation in Firefox. Any online reference to "Татар" as name of the "Tatar (tt)" language would help.
Yep, agree. I was using outdated memorized information, when even English-USA installation had russian language name listed as "Русский".
