1476323 - Aggregator should aggregate Aurora as DevEdition

We removed the Aurora channel due to Project Dawn on 2018/03/15. In fact the Dev Edition is still sending Aurora channel, even though it's a beta repack [0]. We should instead aggregate Aurora, but label it as Dev Edition.

Running a local DevEdition build, i see that it uses application.channel:"aurora".
This is also the value that we use for the submission path when HTTP posting the ping.

Note that the front-end still supports the "aurora" channel, it's only labeled "dev edition" for display purposes.
Sticking with the "aurora" channel name in the aggregator would mean that no front-end changes are required.
