I wanted to transfer an address book from one profile to the other using a CSV file. So I exported it and imported it. The CSV import for the column matching is graphically completely broken, see attachment. Also, the import panel has the buttons cut off. Tested with 63.0a1 (2018-07-17) (64-bit). Alice, can you please find the regression for us.

This fixes both, the too tall listbox which I made too tall in bug 1475817 and the transparent dialog.
