wfm with build 2002052809 on Win XP Pro...have you tried renaming the profile folder so that mozilla creates a new one (maybe your profile is corrupt)?

And can you pipe the mozilla output to a file (mozilla > log) This should output the Java error that is happening.

This is a JAva bug. It has been fixed in the latest Java refresh. I'll post to the newsgroup when I have info on when that is being released.
