Imported Microsoft Internet Explorer bookmarks do not display properly. The
display bar is too small, and I can’t tell what each bookmarked item is.
I can click on Bookmarks, then Edit, then do CTRL-F to find one I want. Then I
can double click on it to go to it. But, this leaves two unneeded windows open:
the bookmark search window and the search results window. I can’t reuse them, so
I have to manually close them.
Mozilla doesn’t seem to handle JAVA applets and related items very well. My
county library has its card catalog online at
http://webpac.thpl.org/webclient.html. Key in any title, such as Moby Dick. When
the next window comes up showing availability, RC3 doesn’t show anything, and I
have to fall back to Internet Explorer.
To its good, Mozilla handles secure pages all right, and processes faster than
IE. Hope these bugs can be cleared up.
