I don't think this is our issue though, but for someone who will be suffering from the same issue. :)
./mach bootstrap for android fails, I got below error messages.
Warning: Failed to download any source lists!
Warning: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
Warning: Failed to find package platform-tools
To workaround this, you might need to run sdkmanager with --no_https option.
