"Open in New Tab" should be a right click option in the bookmarks sidebar

Details

When you click on a bookmark in the sidebar (or a bookmark anywhere for that
matter) you should get the option to open the URL in a new tab. Currently all
that is offered is to be able to open in new window (as right click option) or
open in current window (by just left clicking).

This menu structure seems to be identical to the one in the Bookmark Manager.
