Details

A special aggregates service will need to live behind Auth. This aggregates service will have all release probes available for querying. The Measurement Frontend should be the exact same one as is available at telemetry.mozilla.org, just pointing to the auth'ed service.

:frank let me know if we still need this bug. It seems like we will still require a redeployment, but work necessary will be done in the tmo and mozaggregator repos
