(Reporter: reinhart_previano, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180704003137

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Profile Manager (fresh installation recommended)
2. Add a new profile
3. Select the default profile to be used by checking the "Use the selected profile without asking at startup" checkbox
4. Press "Start Firefox"
5. Close all running instances of Firefox
6. Repeat Step 1

Actual results:

1. Running firefox.exe -P, -p, and -ProfileManager opens a new tab in a default profile.
2. Running firefox.exe -P "another profile name" will still open under the default profile.

Expected results:

Running these commands should either open the Profile Manager, or opening a new tab under a chosen, nomn-default profile.
