[Affected versions]: - Firefox: 63.0a1 (2018-07-22), 62.0b10, 61.0.1, 60.0.2esr [Affected platforms]: - win 10xx64, macOS 10.13.4, Ubuntu 16.04LTS [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox; 2. Open DevTools - Storage Inspector; 3. Navigate to any website; 4. Expand the cookies item click on any of the "links" inside it; 5. Hover on the section between the list and table; 6. Grab and resize the section; 7. Move the mouse to the next table row, repeat step 6. [Expected result]: - section is re-sizable for the entire span of the table [Actual result]: - clicking on some (or any) section from the table does not allow to resize the storage left section [Regression range]: could only get the following pushlog using mozregression: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=71224049c0b52ab190564d3ea0eab089a159a4cf&tochange=9c06e744b1befb3a2e2fdac7414ce18220774a1d - last good: 71224049c0b52ab190564d3ea0eab089a159a4cf (2017-01-30) - first bad: 9c06e744b1befb3a2e2fdac7414ce18220774a1d (2017-01-31) [Additional notes]: - attached screen recording with the issue, for each row there was a click+drag for the resize atempt

This seems to be working for me (tested on Win10 and Mac), closing.
