[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Open DevTools - Storage Inspector;
3. Navigate to any website;
4. Expand the cookies item click on any of the "links" inside it;
5. Hover on the section between the list and table;
6. Grab and resize the section;
7. Move the mouse to the next table row, repeat step 6.


[Expected result]:
- section is re-sizable for the entire span of the table

[Actual result]:
- clicking on some (or any) section from the table does not allow to resize the storage left section

This seems to be working for me (tested on Win10 and Mac), closing.
