tdowner, tdsmith: We have `is_default_browser` from `environment/settings/isDefaultBrowser`, will that suffice? Do we still need to add `BROWSER_IS_USER_DEFAULT` separately?

I think is_default_browser is probably good enough. Unless there is a need to add it outside my use-case (maybe for aDAU analysis?) I'm all set.
