[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the Developer tools with the Memory tab in focus
2. Observe the Record call stacks label while reducing the width of the browser

[Expected result]:
- The checkbox label should be adjust/hidden according with the browser resizing action 

[Actual result]:

[Additional Notes]:
- The checkbox functionality is not affected
- This issue is visible also when dock to left/ dock to right options are used
- This is not a regression
