Opening the address book causes an unwanted window to open with the following
address:

http://apps5.oingo.com/apps/domainpark/domainpark.cgi?s=find&dp_lp=7&cid=GOTO6262&dp_format=1.3&dp_p4pid=idealab&dp_own=Idealab&dp_cm=_b&dp_c1=000099

If this isnt a bug, but a "feature", how do I turn it off? I found nothing about
it in preferences, so I figure it must be a bug. If its some kind of (search?)
feature, the user should have to explicitly ask for it to open, by way of a
toolbar button or menu choice.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open address book
2.
3.

Actual Results:  The address book window and an unwanted navigator window open.
If a navigator window is already open, it navigates to another URL.

Expected Results:  Only the address book window should open.
