147851 - No Text near Radio Buttons

In any dialog box either Preferences or HTML/Text seletion (When you send mail
and Mozilla asks you type), there's no label near Radio Buttons. You can see a

Build ID ?
Do you use another Theme ?

IF you don't use another Theme but you installed over an older Build :
uninstall mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\Mozilla.org\Mozilla\ (but
save your plugins) and reinstall mozilla.

If you still get this problem:
run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional test profile.
