The simple grocery list example which is also used in other sample lists later in the article contain the following items:

pitta (defn: a type of bird)
     probably should be pita (defn: a type of bread)

humous (defn: containing rotting plant and vegetable matter. a property of soil)
     probably should be hummus (defn: a spread made of ground chickpeas)

Thank you for taking the time to report this error. I have changed pitta to pita and humous to hummus in all lists and the image as well.
