[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch firefox;
2. Open DevTools, Netmonitor;
3. Navigate to any webpage;
4. Click on any method listed.

[Expected result]:
- menu and scroll arrows are displayed properly.

[Actual result]:
- the up/down navigation arrows for both the methods list and the panels inside the request details section are wrong (up->right, down->up)

- attached screenshot with the issue;

update: It's not just the Netmonitor area, all of the DevTool sections are affected.

This is likely a dupe of bug 1479216, Cristi is this fixed in the latest nightly build?

Looks like it is a dupe.
The issue is no longer reproducible.
