Steps to reproduce:

Reinstalled Windows 2 months ago. Immediately connected Firefox to sync. my account [e-mail] did Not load bookmarks


Actual results:

I do not understand why after connecting to the profile [e-mail]  Firefox has not downloaded my old bookmarks


Expected results:

I had a lot of bookmarks in different categories, including for work. I really hope to get them back. New bookmarks that appeared after installation can not be saved, they are not so important. We just need the old bookmarks.

That log appears to show sync working normally (although there was a network error there which looks unrelated). Did you reset your Firefox Account password when reconnecting?

as far as I remember, I did not change the password. but not exactly.

When was the last time you synced the other devices, and what kind of devices are they? The sync log shows everything working as expected, so we can only try and determine why the data you expect isn't on the servers.
