Details

Now that MRU-tab switching is the default (as of bug 1473595), it would be nice to add a shortcut to switch visual tabs for those odd cases where you need to. MacOS already has one (Cmd-Shift-[/]), and Ctrl-Shift-[/] isn't used for anything on Windows, so I propose that.
Are Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown not good enough? Ctrl+Shift+[ might be unreachable on some keyboards. On a German keyboard you need to press AltGr+8 just to get [.

They're not particularly reachable on my laptop, but I could make do. Perhaps we could have both, and people can use whichever is easier to get to for their layouts? :)
