Details

For file uploads over slow links, and for bulk bug updates, the current timeout of of 60s is not sufficient. Can that be bumped to the value we had in oldprod, which was 180s IIRC. Impacted users: Most people in Asia Pacific with non-ideal internet speeds, and also people that bulk update bugs.
