In case we don't get to bug 315209 soon, we should probably add a console diagnostic for cases where either:
 * -moz-outline-radius is set, or
 * we're in chrome code
and deriving the outline-radius from the border-radius would produce a *different* result from using -moz-outline-radius.  This might help catch cases where bug 315209 would break things.
Priority: -- → P3

-moz-outline-radius was disabled in bug 1705509, so I think this bug can be closed.
