Steps to reproduce:

I am running a dual monitor setup.
I open any website which is showing a certificate warning.



Actual results:

When I try to create an exception, the modal window is too big. It's size exceeds my desktop size in the height (1080p). Due to that I am unable to look at the certificate. The box for me starts with "Dem Zertifikat wird nicht vertraut..".
You can see it in the screenshot.



Expected results:

I should the the full modal window, the the URL and the button to take a look at certificate details.

Since today, after the update to Firefox 65.0.1, the window is no longer positioned to the end of the desktop as basis, instead I have to change my monitor configuration to vertical view, to see the end of the window to press the buttons.

Why is the window not resizeable? It would solve all the trouble.
