Details
Using 1.0rc3.
The referenced page renders correctly on the screen, but when printed the main
article text disappears after page 1; only the right sidebar text is printed.
Print preview is also missing the article text. Note that page 1 looks fine;
all following pages are missing the main text.

also 6 empty pages in between and overlapping text on the first page.
dont see anything obvious to cause this.
15 pages total. the last 6 pages simply repear "back to top | home".
