We recently added two new locales on mobile: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/33f4db007129 https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/2465ce9b9833 But there's no build, and no traces of changes to l10n-changesets.json: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/log/tip/mobile/locales/l10n-changesets.json So there are currently no maemo-locale builds for either of these locales.

Fixed: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/89374090a837 I also created a run_bumper_manually.sh for the next time this happens :( bug 1455355 should help alert us earlier when this gets stuck, but that appears to be blocked on a bunch of other puppet issues. The midterm plan is to move the bumper into the treescript scriptworkers, which we currently use to version bump and tag during releases; failures here will be more visible. Sorry this keeps happening!
