Details

Per [1] one of two redis cluster used by AMO is no longer needed. We should remove related settings mentioned in [1] from cloudops repo, and then delete the redis cluster for cost saving purpose. This can happen anytime after 8/2 release for that's the day when [1] gets released to -prod. [1] https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/issues/8970
