In bug 1475004, we removed a call to teardown in the error handler of testStartRequest in file_presentation_reconnect.html.
teardown was not defined in the iframe scope that file_presentation_reconnect.html is loaded into.
This seems like a bug, and it may mean the error handler is not correct.

P3 because no one's working on the Presentation API ATM and I'm not even sure we're shipping it anywhere.
