1480571 - Broswer window resizer not switching back to pointer after no longer resizing. So, after resizing and attempting to go got back to browsing when i click in the window it resizes over and over again.

Actual results:

dosen't deselect or got back to pointer when finished.


Expected results:

should have gone back to pointer after moving mouse away from frame.

I tested this on OSX 10.13 with the latest Nightly, but could not manage to reproduce.

Could you please provide your about:support information? Do you think it is a regression bug?

im using the developer version, its also i fresh install i just switched from firefox so i don't thing so.
