Suggestion:

In the bookmark editing window, when I click on "File-Open Bookmarks File",
and selected a new file to look at,it would be very helpful if a new bookmark
editing window popped up with the contents of the new file (rather than just
replacing the contents of the editing window as happens in NS 4.5) and that we
could then cut and paste between these two bookmark files.
