Details

As a follow-up to Bug 1480551, the HistoryPanel needs refactored for several reasons. For one, there's some longstanding crashes reported in Xcode in this panel around deletions. This code that handles the grouping into sections also needs to be cleaned up significantly before we can implement endless scrolling now that the updated Storage API from Bug 1480551 can provide us with the data.
